All prices are in Japanese Yen, per room per night

Minimum 5-night stay for the 2025/26 period. Rooms that become available for shorter periods will be shown on the website

When you book online, 50% of your total reservation will be charged to your card and the remaining balance will be due 60 days from check-in.

Juniya Myoko is a non-smoking lodge. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the lodge as well as around the hotel entrances.

Check-in 3pm and check-out 10am. If you arrive before check in we can store your bags, likewise, if you wish to enjoy the mountain on your departure day we can store your bags after you check-out until the time you are ready to leave.

A no-show is defined as a circumstance where you do not check-in or notify us by 9pm on the anticipated day of your arrival. In this instance, there will be no refund. If you are running late or there is an emergency, please let us know as soon as you can so we don’t release your room.​

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date, full refund​

• If you cancel 45-59 days before your arrival date, 50% refund

• If you cancel within 44 days of your arrival date, no refund​

All cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds exclude exchange rate variations as well as bank fees and charges.

Any refunds (if applicable) will be made to the credit card you used in your original booking.

If you need to change your dates and we have availability, we are happy to move your reservation. Any further changes will be subject to an administration charge of JY5,000.

A complimentary continental breakfast plus daily changing hot option is included in the room rate. Served between 7am - 9 am it consists of cereal, toast, spreads, and a hot option from our breakfast chef which changes daily. Examples include pancakes, porridge, eggs+bacon etc. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions but you must inform us of these in advance as it is not always easy to find alternate ingredients on short notice.

Online booking platforms are great, but they lack the human touch. Subject to other availability, sometimes computer systems make bookings that confirm a room type for the entirety of your reservation, but might have you swapping physical rooms part-way through your stay. This is because the computer system looks at availability as a whole across that particular room type. If this affects your booking we will contact you shortly after receiving the reservation to discuss options.
